The main estate covers approx 22,000 acres round the Border Abbey Town of Jedburgh.

In addition there are two farms north of Kelso, and two a few miles south of Edinburgh.

The estate incorporates a variety of terrain: haughs along the River Teviot, rocky outcrops on Penielheugh, forestry and moorland.

The Estate Office is situated by the A68 a couple of miles north of Jedburgh at Bonjedward, in the converted stables of Jedneuk House.
